Anunciadas en el teatro El Capitán de Hollywood, se dieron a conocer las nominaciones a la 76ª edición de los Premios Emmy a lo mejor de la televisión, que se entregarán en la ciudad estadounidense de Los Ángeles el 15 de septiembre.

Las nominaciones también incluyen menciones para la adictiva pero controvertida serie limitada de Netflix Baby Reindeer, junto con nominaciones para la cuarta temporada de True Detective con Jodie Foster. Shōgun, The Bear y Abbott Elementary cumplieron con las expectativas de obtener nominaciones para la 76ª edición de los premios.

Sheryl Lee Ralph y Tony Hale anunciaron los nominados de este año. La presidenta de la Academia de Televisión, Cris Abrego, compartió la noticia de que Ralph estaba nominada a mejor actriz de reparto en una comedia por su trabajo en "Abbott Elementary".
